Cascade Orthotics is a Calgary-based orthotics clinic with a fully digital workflow that integrates 3D scanning, CAD-based design, and advanced fabrication. With more than three decades of experience in precision-made anatomical braces, Cascade supports custom orthotic development—including AFOs, KAFOs, spinal orthoses, upper-limb devices, and foot orthoses—with an emphasis on consistency, repeatability, and design flexibility enabled by digital infrastructure.
Cascade’s clinicians are Certified Orthotists in good standing with Orthotics Prosthetics Canada (OPC) and are members of the Alberta Association of Orthotists and Prosthetists (AAOP).

Kailey Allan’s experience is grounded in a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and several years of consulting for start-ups across design, prototyping, manufacturing, and digital fabrication. In 2020, Kailey led the development of the Digital Fabrication and Design program at Selkirk College and currently serves as the primary first-year instructor, delivering design-led education in computer-aided design, 3D printing, CNC, and laser cutting.
